COMMON QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST SESSION?
We recommend bringing a water bottle and comfortable athletic wear. No gear is required for the initial assessment, but we will provide all necessary equipment for the practical session.
ARE THERE AGE LIMITS FOR THE SELF-DEFENSE PROGRAMS?
Our programs are designed for all ages, but we require participants to be at least 12 years old for the core combat sports and 16 for advanced pressure-tested techniques. We have specialized classes for children and adults.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?
While physical fitness is beneficial, we prioritize technical mastery over athleticism. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals, ensuring you build a solid foundation before progressing to advanced pressure-testing.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMBAT SPORTS AND SELF-DEFENSE?
Combat sports focus on the technical execution of strikes and kicks within a controlled environment. Self-defense is about practical application and pressure-tested techniques designed for real-world scenarios.
